The project promotes a planning framework that is prevention-focused, collaborative, and builds upon existing strengths and diversityt of families and communities. The Community Connections inititive seeks to work with communities at a neighborhood level, asking families to think about thier individual strenghts and needs, and also to look collectivly at improving their shared environment.
