DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: We are a safe and welcoming drop-in center for women who have experienced violence, trauma and/or sexual abuse in their lifetime. We offer a women-only space to relax, read, explore resources and connect with other women.

We offer the use of computers, child care, mothering/family support services, educationsl and enrichment groups, basic needs assistance, information and referral services and a free children's clothing exchange.

-ATRUIM Groups (Addictions and Trauma Recovery Integration Model) are free 12-week groups for women whose lives have been touched by violence and addictive behavior. Participants will come to understand the connection between self-care and childhood abuse, neglect, trauma and domestic violence, as well as learning new ways to heal the body, mind and spirit.
