The goal of the Welfare Solidarity Project is to help homeless families apply for shelter at the Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA).

The Welfare Solidarity Project trains students, faith-based volunteers, homeless people, and welfare recipients to:
Provide information
Provide support
Provide contact information for legal assistance at DTA offices where there is a large volume of homeless families.

We help people advocate for themselves.
