Jeff Hoess is the general manager. We really appreciate the time he took with us. One of the things he told us was that many successful restaurant careers start at the dishwashing station. It was really good to have Jeff say the same thing as Cliff Hatch who also told us that dishwashing is a common entry-level position. (Everybody has to start somewhere and even Mr. Hoess sometimes lends a helping hand in the kitchen or the laundry.) |
