PEOPLE THAT I ADMIRE
1.
I admire the Police because they have a hard job to
do. When they leave home they don’t know if they will return. Every time they
get a call or they stop a vehicle they are very cautious because they never
know what is going to happen. The Policemen go to the schools and teach the
kids about drugs. I think it takes a special kind of person to be a Police
officer.
2.
I admire the Volunteers at my school. They assist
the teacher to teach us how to read, write, and do math. They try to make it
easier for us to understand what we are learning. When we make mistakes they
don’t look down on us. They are very patient with us. This means a lot. I am so
glad that these people volunteer their time to help us learn. This is why I
admire them.
3.
I admire teachers who work with people with learning
disabilities. They must have a lot of patience and love their job. I know some
days are bad and some days are good but they keep on trying. So you can develop
to your maximum potential. Many hours are spent in the classroom. So they can
learn better teaching techniques. This is why I admire them.
4.
I admire the Firemen. They put their lives on the
line every time there is a fire. Firemen have to go into burning buildings to
save people's lives. Sometimes they do not know if they will get out alive.
Sometimes the smoke is so bad that they can’t see or breath. The Firemen are so
strong. This is why I admire them.
