Winter Weather Policy
Classes are cancelled when the local public schools are closed. For morning delays, please see the individual site listings below.
Teachers may cancel afternoon or evening classes if a storm develops during the day. Teachers will make every effort to contact students and volunteers in that case.
Please always use your own judgment about whether it is safe for you to travel!
Amherst
If Amherst Public Schools are closed, all of our classes in Amherst are cancelled for the day.
If Amherst Public Schools are delayed by 1 hour, our morning classes are delayed by 1 hour.
If Amherst Public Schools are delayed for 2 hours, our morning classes are delayed by 2 hours.

Greenfield
If Greenfield Public Schools are closed, all of our classes in Greenfield are cancelled for the day.
If Greenfield Public Schools are delayed by 1 hour, our morning classes are delayed by 1 hour.
If Greenfield Public Schools are delayed by 2 hours, our morning classes are cancelled, and all other classes are held as usual.
Northampton
If Northampton Public Schools are closed, all of our classes in Northampton are cancelled for the day.
If Northampton Public Schools are delayed by 1 hour, our morning classes are delayed by 1 hour.
If Northampton Public Schools are delayed for 2 hours, our morning classes are delayed by 2 hours.
North Quabbin
If Mahar Regional High School or Orange Elementary Schools are closed, all of our classes in Orange are cancelled for the day.
If Mahar/Orange schools are delayed, our morning classes are held as usual.
Ware
If Ware Public Schools are closed, all of our classes in Ware are cancelled for the day.
If Ware Public Schools are delayed, our morning classes are held as usual.
Warren
If Quaboag Regional Schools are closed, our evening class in Warren will be cancelled.
If Quaboag Regional Schools are delayed, our evening class in Warren will be held as usual.
