Our free adult literacy programs are free, flexible, and made for adults. You don’t need to know exactly where to begin. Just pick the reason that speaks to you (or contact us for anything else!)

Build your confidence in everyday reading and math. This is a great starting point if you’re looking for a literacy course for adults. 


Pre‑high school equivalency

Not quite ready for the GED or HiSET? Start here. These classes help you build the reading, writing, and math skills you’ll need next. A solid first step in many adult literacy courses.

Earn your high school equivalency diploma. Learn what’s on the HiSET, how to study for it, and how it can help you reach your goals.
